Bejjur Super Market runs online grocery delivery in Kagaznagar: we bring groceries to your door anywhere in town. Order on bejjur.com or the BEJJUR Android app, add at least ₹300 of groceries, and home delivery is free. You pay when the order arrives, in cash or by UPI (Google Pay). Everything is packed from our own store opposite Mee Seva at Ellagoud Thota, so the prices online are the same as in the shop. Think of it as your own neighbourhood kirana, with grocery home delivery from the same shelves.

Does Bejjur deliver groceries in Kagaznagar?

Yes. We are a Kagaznagar shop first: the store at 1-14-378/3, Opp. Mee Seva, Ellagoud Thota has served the town for years, and the online store runs out of the same building. When you order online, our team picks the items from the shelves you would walk past yourself, packs them, and a delivery partner brings them to your address in Kagaznagar town and the nearby colonies.

You can order from the website or the app; the app is easier for repeat orders because it remembers your address and your last list.

What is the minimum order and the delivery charge?

• Minimum order: ₹300. Below that the cart shows a bar telling you how much more to add.
• Delivery charge: nil on every order above ₹300. There is no hidden packing or handling fee.
• A normal monthly list is well above ₹300, so in practice delivery is free for almost everyone.

How do I pay?

Pay at the door, by cash or by UPI (Google Pay and other UPI apps). Keep the amount ready when the delivery partner arrives; the bill is printed on the packet and matches what the app showed at checkout. There is no online payment step in the app, so you do not need a card or a wallet to place an order.

How do I order on the BEJJUR app?

1. Install the app from Google Play (search "Bejjur" or use the link at the end of this page). It is free and works on any Android phone.
2. Choose your town. Pick Kagaznagar. Each Bejjur store delivers in its own town, so you see the Kagaznagar store's stock and prices.
3. Fill your cart. Search by name ("atta", "sunflower oil") or browse categories. Items with a yellow Save ₹X pill are below MRP today.
4. Checkout. Enter your Kagaznagar address and phone number, choose pay on delivery, and place the order. You get a push notification at each step, from packing to delivery.

Next month, open the app and tap Buy again: last month's items go back into the cart in one tap.

How do I order on the website?

Go to bejjur.com, choose Kagaznagar when the site asks "Where should we deliver?", and shop the same way. Create an account with your phone number so that your address is saved for the next order. The website and the app share one account, so an order placed on one shows in the other.

What can I buy, and what does it cost today?

When will my order arrive?

Orders are packed at the Kagaznagar store during shop hours (8 AM to 9 PM, every day) and delivered by our own delivery partners. You will see "Confirmed", "Packed", "On the way" and "Delivered" as notifications on your phone, so you do not need to call to check. Orders placed before 6 PM are usually delivered the same day; orders after 6 PM go out the next day. Prefer to collect? You can also pick your order up at the store.

Can I earn anything on my orders?

Yes, club points. Every rupee spent on eligible items earns 1 point, and 100 points are worth ₹1 off a later order. The app shows your balance under your account. Points are small on a single order but add up over a year of monthly lists.

I shop in the store. Does the app help me there too?

Two things:

• Scan & Go. In the shop, open the app, tap Scan & Go and scan each item's barcode as you pick it. Your cart is ready when you reach the counter.
• Scan your bill. Every BEJJUR bill has a QR code. Scan it in the app and that shop purchase is added to your order history, so next month you can Buy again from home.

Do you deliver outside Kagaznagar?

Yes, to three more places: Sirpur and Bejjur village are served from the Kagaznagar store, and Asifabad town is served from our second store on Main Road near Osmania Masjid. Choose the right town in the app; the stock and prices shown are that store's. We do not deliver outside these four areas yet.

Frequently asked questions

Is there really no delivery charge? Correct. Orders of ₹300 and above are delivered free in Kagaznagar. We do not take orders below ₹300.

Can I pay by UPI or card? You can pay cash or UPI (Google Pay) at the door when the delivery partner arrives. There is no online card or wallet payment in the app.

Do I need the app, or can I order on the website? Both work with the same account. The app adds Buy again, Scan & Go, bill scanning and order notifications.

Are online prices the same as in the shop? Yes. The online store is the Kagaznagar shop's own stock and shelf prices. Save ₹X pills show today's discount against MRP.
