Cancellation Policy

- You can cancel an order free of charge until it is packed (order status "Pending" or "Confirmed") from My Account > Orders, or by calling +91 8106021611.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it can still be refused at the door; cash-on-delivery orders are simply not charged.
- We or the seller may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the address is outside our delivery area. You will be informed by SMS or call, and nothing is charged.
- Bejjur does not charge cancellation fees, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, unless the same charges are borne by us.
