What should be on a monthly grocery list for a family of 4?

The list below is built for a house that cooks rice twice a day, rotis a few times a week, and dal or a curry with most meals. Quantities are a month's worth for two adults and two children; a rice-heavy house will take the 25 kg bag, a roti-heavy house might swap to 10 kg atta and a smaller rice bag.
