Ajwain, also called omam, is a small aromatic seed with a strong flavour. This pack contains 200 g.

Use it in parathas, pakoras, namkeen and tadka. A small pinch is enough to add taste to a dish. Ajwain is often dry roasted for a few seconds to bring out its aroma before use. Keep the seeds in a dry jar and use a spoon, not wet hands, to take them out.
